Sativa 60/40. It's crunchy, but dense, and smells very spicy, but when smoked it's not as spicy as it smells. NOT PEPPER spice, with a hint of an earthy flavor. Not completely cough-free, but there is a noticeable lack of harshness.

The initial onset is tingly, but not numb, and doesn't take forever to hit, appetite induced within 30 minutes, but not overbearing.

Mentally: very clear headed. I am normally tongue tied, but I was able to speak clearly and concisely for over an hour, explaining the concepts of arterial plaque and cholesterol, and diet.

Physically: not good for relieving physical pains and injuries, however it is the perfect blend to use to do "forms" (Tai Chi, etc.), Yoga, or other slow, stretching and flowing exercise.

Highly recommended for those who have been prescribed physical therapy or light physical activity by a physician.

Recommended use: hit it, exercise, eat, and then relax.
